(Our Preferred Hotel in Venice, Italy)
By Roman Martin
We already have a story about the Venice Carnival Photo Adventure so this post is an addition to our stories about that. On every Adventure we try to provide the best and maximum experience. For this unique experience in Venice, our hotel choice is something we want to be the best. Venice has a long list of hotels, so it can be challenging to find the perfect place. One of those hotels is the Hotel Papadopoli Venice. It is situated close to Piazza le Roma and on the beginning of the Canal Grande.
The Hotel Papadopoli Venice is a member of the Accor Hotel MGallery collection. It’s close to the Grand Canal and Constitution Bridge, which leads to Piazza le Roma and the train station. There are 96 rooms and suites with furnishings reflecting the elegance and splendor of the 18th century. The rooms have views of the Tolentini Canal and Papadopoli Gardens. There is a restaurant at the heart of the enchanting winter garden.
Art, History and Culture
The hotel is surrounded by art, history and culture. Nearby, you’ll see the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, with frescos by Tintoretto. The church of Santa Maria dei Frari has Titian’s Assumption of the Virgin. And the Scuola Grande dei Carmini contains works by Tiepolo.
The hotel restaurant is famous for its inspirational dishes in the grand Venetian tradition. It is the ideal setting for banquets, working lunches and wedding receptions. But it is also perfect for a romantic dinner.
This is a hotel with a refined and elegant personality. It’s a true symbol of Venetian culture and tradition. Spending time in Venice should be on every photographer’s bucket list. And staying at the Hotel Papadopoli Venice is an ideal way to make your stay even better.
